Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in our automotive retail environment. You will engage customers in-store and over the phone, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth customer experience and high satisfaction.

The role emphasizes energetic selling and relationship-building, with pay ranging from $19.13 to $29.89 per hour.

Qualifications

• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
