Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide outstanding customer service in shop and over the phone, driving sales of tires and maintenance services. You will use energy and product knowledge to engage customers and secure the visit.

You will coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments, promote products, and complete transactions accurately for a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Driver's license required to drive customer and company vehicles.
