107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief in Rocky Point, NY at 441 Route 25A. The role combines leadership of a service crew with driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

You will work closely with the General Manager to coach the team, ensure quality service, and manage day-to-day operations including inventory, budgeting, and staff development. The position offers full-time hours and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and guest focus.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and core metrics.
• Coach and ensure excellent customer service while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Set a positive example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution, and coordinate with the District Manager on initiatives.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a clean, safe service center per guidelines.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; drive completion of business goals.
