Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory health and scheduling.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels (in-store, phone, dealer).
• Model expected behaviors and customer standards.
• Oversee opening and closing routines and cash reconciliation.
• Handle administrative tasks and basic performance tracking.
• Monitor store metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching and succession development for the team.
• Drive safety, asset protection and continuous improvement initiatives.
