Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience and a passion for customer care.
• Willingness to learn automotive products and aftermarket services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management or cataloging systems is a plus.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, and labor planning.
• Lead daily customer interactions, counter sales, and service delivery.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, security, and end-of-day reporting.
• Coach and manage team performance; schedule and training activities.
• Monitor store metrics: sales, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and loss prevention.
• Maintain safety standards and continuous process improvements.
