Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician C for our Alexandria, KY location. This role involves performing repairs such as suspension, steering diagnostics, brakes, alignments, tire work, and battery checks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requires 2+ years of experience and ASE or dealership certifications in two categories, preferably Suspension & Steering and Brakes. Full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE or dealership certifications in at least two categories (Suspension & Steering and Brakes preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs including suspension & steering diagnostics/repair, brake diagnostics/repair, wheel alignments, tire repair, fluid maintenance exchanges and battery checks.
• Maintain tools and organize work areas for safety and efficiency.
• Plan and complete repairs to manufacturer specifications and safety standards and coordinate with team as needed.

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.* *Billable Hours Guarantee: *20-hour minimum per week.* *Productivity Bonus: *Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.* *Schedule: *Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
