AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive Repair Technician A in Columbus, OH. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, using advanced diagnostic skills and ensuring customer confidence and peace of mind.

The role requires at least 6 years of experience, ASE Master Technician certification (or the ability to certify within 12 months, paid by AAA), and a valid driver’s license. The position offers full-time hours, Saturdays, and comprehensive benefits including ASE

• Minimum 6 years of Automotive Technician experience with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certification preferred (or able to certify within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC).
• Maintain high quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Mentor and train other technicians and service associates.
• Complete repairs following manufacturer procedures or best practices.

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.* *Billable Hours Guarantee: *30-hour minimum per week.* *Productivity Bonus: *Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.* *Schedule: *Full-time, 5 days per week. *Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. *The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
