Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive Repair Technician B for Toledo, OH. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, with support for ASE certifications and opportunities to grow your career within a trusted national brand.

You will work full-time, with a schedule that includes Saturdays. We offer pay based on experience, with a base hourly range and productivity bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and training support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Automotive Technician
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred in Suspension & Steering, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.* *Billable Hours Guarantee: *20-hour minimum per week.* *Productivity Bonus: *Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.* *Schedule: *Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
