Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician A to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. You will handle advanced diagnostics and repairs across engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems, while mentoring teammates and upholding safety standards.

Applicants should have at least 6 years of experience and ASE Master Technician certification is preferred (or ability to certify within 12 months, paid for by AAA).

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as an automotive technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred, or ability to certify within 12 months (paid for by AAA).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including engine, transmission, suspension, braking, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain high technical standards and continuously expand skills.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
