AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician B to diagnose and repair vehicles, focusing on suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems. The role requires strong teamwork, safety, and a willingness to obtain ASE certifications if not already held.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications in at least three categories preferred (Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Heating & A/C or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Routinely perform diagnostics and repair work in suspension/steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical, heating/air conditioning, and other assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized work area and safe practices.
• Use and maintain tools and equipment following safety policies.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required).
