Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician A in Harrison, OH. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while upholding safety and quality standards.

Expect base pay of $26.30-$36.92 per hour with a 30-hour minimum, and opportunities to earn bonuses based on productivity. Full-time schedule includes Saturdays, training support for ASE certifications, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Automotive Technician experience with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred (or ability to certify within 12 months – paid by AAA).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs: engine, transmission, suspension, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical, HVAC.
• Maintain high technical proficiency and update skills continuously.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with procedures.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service staff.

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.* *Billable Hours Guarantee: *30-hour minimum per week.* *Productivity Bonus: *Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.* *Schedule: *Full-time, 5 days per week. *Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. *The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
