Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive Repair Technician at our Aurora, IN location. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, with flat-rate pay and billable-week guarantees depending on level.

We invest in your growth by covering ASE certifications and recertifications, and you’ll join a team that values safety, quality, and customer confidence. Full-time with Saturdays and dependably scheduled time off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles.
• Work on engine, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; ensure manufacturer specifications are met.
