AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician A to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles at our Philadelphia location. You will work with a team to ensure safety and quality, while supporting ongoing ASE certification efforts paid for by AAA.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, at least six years of experience, and ASE Master/Dealer certifications preferred. The position offers full-time hours, a structured schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience; AAA pays for certifications).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand your skills.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.Billable Hours Guarantee: 30-hour minimum per week.Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. The workweek typically includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays always off.
