Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Columbus, OH is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician C to perform repairs and routine maintenance, ensuring our members stay safely on the road.

You will receive ASE certification support, a base pay range of $20.53–$31.94 per hour, and a 20-hour billable minimum with a productivity bonus every two weeks. This is a full-time in-person position with Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or equivalent.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred in at least two categories (Suspension & Steering and Brakes) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs including suspension, steering diagnostics/repair, brakes, wheel alignments, tire repair, fluid maintenance, battery checks and installation.
• Maintain tools and workspace to safety and manufacturer guidelines.
• Plan and organize work for efficiency and proper vehicle movement.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.* *Billable Hours Guarantee: *20-hour minimum per week.* *Productivity Bonus: *Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.* *Schedule: *Full-time, 5 days per week. *Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. *The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
