AAA Club Alliance in Manassas, VA is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician B to perform diagnostics and repairs across suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.

You will work with ASE/Dealership certs and have opportunities for training, with benefits including paid certifications, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician with proven repair skills.
• ASE or dealership certs in 3 categories (Suspension/Steering, Brakes, HVAC) or able to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Routinely diagnose and repair suspension/steering, brakes (ABS/traction), electrical and HVAC systems.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and grow additional technical abilities.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required).
