Lead a franchised auto repair shop from the ground up. We’re hiring a hands‑on General Manager to run daily operations, build a strong team, and drive results from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Run daily shop operations: workflow, scheduling, and customer experience
• Hire, coach, and lead technicians and service advisors
• Ensure quality repairs, accurate estimates, and franchise standards
• Track KPIs (productivity, labor efficiency, sales, profitability)
• Manage expenses, compliance, and growth initiatives

First 90 Days

• 30 days: Franchise training; learn systems, POS, workflow, fleet processes
