Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, plus related experience.
• Strong color-matching abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel or similar MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at the customer level to support PB&E sales growth and retention.
• Perform product demonstrations and line trials for customers.
• Conduct in-shop product training for accounts as required.
• Resolve product failures by identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
• Assist with color issue resolution for key accounts and support installation of new accounts.
• Review repair processes to ensure proper use of products and improve customer output.
