Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition or HR within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings on internal and external boards.
• Screen resumes and applications for hourly positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and managers.
• Assist with onboarding preparation and new-hire communications.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
