Job summary

Elite Recruiting Services LLC in Surprise, AZ, is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Recruiting Assistant to partner with dealerships nationwide. You will engage with candidates, craft compelling job ads, and coordinate interviews, helping drive hiring success across the automotive industry.

This role offers base pay plus commissions and room for growth. You will post openings, manage candidate communications, and support HR initiatives while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

Previous automotive recruiting or HR-related experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to engage with candidates professionally.
Comfortable with social media, tech-savvy, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Post job openings on various platforms including social media and job boards.
Make 60-80 calls per day to connect with candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain records of applications, interview notes, and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
Assist in training and development programs for new hires and support lead generation efforts.

Duties:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, including social media and job boards.
Must make 60-80 calls a day
Must be able to multitask
Must be comfortable with posting on social media sites
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview notes, and feedback in our applicant tracking systems.
Support lead generation efforts to identify potential candidates through networking and social media management.
Help negotiate offers and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with HR team members on talent management initiatives and employee relations matters.
Assist in training development programs for new hires to ensure they are well-integrated into the company culture.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the recruiting team.

Experience:

Previous Experience in Automotive Recruiting or HR-related role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates professionally.
Must be comfortable with social media, tech savvy and must be able to multi task.
Knowledge of contract negotiations and employee relations will be beneficial in this role.
