Job summary

Allen Honda in College Station, Texas, is expanding its Service Department team. This full-time role requires Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some Saturdays 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.

You will answer phones, greet prospects, direct customers, and support scheduling while collaborating with sales and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate exhibits strong listening and communication skills, punctuality, a professional appearance, and a readiness to grow within the

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person.

• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION - HOURS ARE: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; SOME SATURDAY'S FROM 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

CANDIDATES ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN MEET THESE REQUIRED HOURS ON SATURDAY'S & WEEKDAY'S

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive "prospects and customers"




• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the sales person




• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams




• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner




• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents




• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments




• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment




• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects




• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
