Job summary

Allen Honda in College Station, TX is seeking a friendly Service Porter to assist customers as vehicles are brought in for service. You will connect customers with the appropriate service team, drive vehicles as directed, and manage loaner vehicles to ensure a smooth service flow.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for cleanliness, delivering keys, and supporting service advisors. We encourage teamwork, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Demonstrates ability to complete assigned tasks.
• Self-starter who can work well in a team or independently.
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they pull their vehicles in for service.
• Connect customers with the Service Advisor, Cashier or Parts Department as they arrive.
• Drive assigned customer vehicles into shop or parking lot as directed.
• Retrieve loaner vehicles for customers; ensure loaner is clean, has gas, and in good working condition.
• Perform visual inspections of customer vehicles for grease or dirt and cleanliness.
• Deliver the vehicle and keys to the customer in a courteous manner and thank them.
• Assist advisors with vehicle walk-around for returned loaner vehicles and gather fuel level & mileage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assist advisors with vehicle walk around for returned loaner vehicles and gather fuel level & mileage for accurate check in.
• Perform other duties as assigned
