Bob Tyler Toyota is seeking an outgoing Receptionist to join our family-owned dealership. The role is fast-paced, customer-facing and involves greeting guests, answering calls, and supporting daily front-desk operations.

Qualifications

Bob Tyler Toyota needs to hire a Receptionist. We are looking for people who are outgoing, professional and able to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment. If you would like to get in on the ground floor of a family owned and managed dealership then this is a great opportunity for you! You will be required to work some weekends, mostly Saturdays. We value our employees and invest in their success. As a vital member of our dealership, the Receptionist is responsible for assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Receptionists represent the first impression of an organization to customers and the public.

Requirements – Receptionist:

• Receptionist/Customer Service experience is a plus!
• Dealership experience is a plus!
• Saturdays are required
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
