Lia Toyota Northampton, part of the Lia Auto Group, is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join the team in Northampton, MA. You will handle payments, greet customers, and support service operations in a busy automotive environment.

The position offers on-site work with a compensation range of $16-$18/hour based on experience. Training is available, with a focus on customer service and accuracy in daily transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and self-motivated.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred.
• Able to provide quality customer service; computer literacy.
• Able to perform duties and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Taking payments from service and parts customers.
• Closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system.
• Balancing daily parts and service deposits.
• Receipting customer deposits for sales.
• Answering service phones.
• Making service appointments.
• Assisting service customers when needed.
• Automotive experience helpful, training available.
