Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI and customer relationships.

Join a team focused on delivering an outstanding buying experience, building long-term referrals, negotiating effectively, and guiding customers through the purchase process with integrity. A clean, valid driver’s license is required and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Ability to respond well to direction and suggestions of management
• Ability to achieve individual and department goals
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face-to-face
• Ability to negotiate in accordance with trained method
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership
• Develop deep product knowledge of vehicles and offerings
• Qualify customers and match needs to vehicles and options
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, explain warranties and fuel economy
• Close deals, negotiate, and complete pre-sale documents
• Build rapport for repeat business and referrals
• Follow up with clients and update on deals and activities
• Report activity and progress to management
