Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Receptionist/Cashier for a full-time role in the Richmond area. You will greet customers, handle payments, and help maintain a welcoming front-desk environment.

The position emphasizes accuracy, friendly service, and strong organization in a fast-paced dealership setting. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, guests, and employees.
• Process customer payments by cash, check, and credit card.
• Calculate customer bills and process repair orders using the dealership's computer system.
• Accurately issue receipts and provide change when needed.
• Reconcile cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shift.
• Direct customer questions and concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor or department.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, integrity, and poise.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As one of the first people our customers meet, you will play an important role in creating a positive dealership experience.

Pay Rate: $18 per Hour

What You’ll Do
