Sheehy Honda in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a friendly receptionist/cashier to be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a positive experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will greet prospects, process payments, balance cash, and coordinate with service staff while maintaining professional appearance and accuracy. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospects and customers as they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Calculates the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.
• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order
• Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers
• Records totals of repair orders verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shift
• Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Assists with various clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
