Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate parts handling, and efficient logistics in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Automotive experience is a plus and a valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to perform both customer service and logistics tasks promptly.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in parts received by the department daily.
• Post receipts to the computer system.
• Coordinate deliveries to wholesale customers.
• Stock shelves and maintain bin locations.
• Keep track of the details for the special-order customers.
• Maintain the scraping of the warranty bin and other trash.
• Keep track of returned parts for wholesale accounts.
• Perform random bin counts.
• Ongoing training to advance to Parts Sales Consultant.
