Job summary

Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking an energetic individual for the Full-Time Receptionist/Cafe Concierge position. You will be our dealership’s first impression, greet guests, answer phones, direct customers, and assist with cafe duties while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role requires working any shift—days, evenings, weekends—and a valid driver’s license. It offers $17.00 hourly, bi-weekly pay, health/vision/dental insurance, paid training, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Must have Previous Receptionist or Customer Service experience
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
• Previous Automotive experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other duties assigned
• Maintain Cafe Duties including:Prepare beverages and snacks for the store customers, such as prepackagedfoods and coffee.
• Maintain and clean the store, inventory and stocking.
• Adhere to food safety procedures.
• Handle cash and record customers’ orders information accurately.
