Sheehy Honda in Alexandria, VA is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist/Cashier to be the first point of contact for customers and deliver an exceptional service experience.

The role involves greeting prospects, processing payments, and supporting clerical tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment; a high school diploma, reliable appearance, and legal work eligibility in the USA are required.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process payments accurately using the dealership system.
• Maintain organization and handle clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Calculates the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system
• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order
• Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers
• Records totals of repair orders verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shift
• Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance
• Assists with various clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
