Job Purpose

Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients, and assisting the management team as requested.

Duties

• Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
• Answers phones, receives faxes, records and delivers messages, manages mail and packages, and maintains the postage meter.
• Maintains a welcoming environment by keeping the reception area neat and clean.
• Provides office supplies and services by maintaining inventory, placing orders, and arranging equipment repairs.
• Completes special sales projects by organizing information and schedules.
• Receives sales deposits and performs daily reconciliation.
• Performs administrative duties such as scanning and copying.
