Job Purpose

Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients, and assisting the management team as requested.

Duties
  • Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
  • Answers phone calls, receives faxes, records and delivers messages, handles mail and packages, maintains the postage meter.
  • Maintains a neat and clean reception area to provide a welcoming environment.
  • Manages office supplies by maintaining inventory, placing orders, and arranging for repairs and servicing of equipment.
  • Organizes information and requirements for special sales projects, ensuring meeting schedules are met.
  • Completes sales and organizational tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Receives sales deposits and reconciles daily cash drawers.
  • Performs administrative duties such as scanning and copying.
Hours
  • Monday: 3-8pm
  • Wednesday: 3-8pm
  • Every other Saturday: 8am-6pm
  • Sunday: 11am-5pm
