Rohrman Automotive Group in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a dependable Receptionist / Cashier to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and building experience in a professional automotive environment.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The position offers a schedule of Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

Our front office teams are the first impression of our dealerships - providing friendly service while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

We're looking for a dependable Receptionist / Cashier to join our team. Schedule & Pay

• $16.00-$17.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM-8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
