Sunrise of Collierville is seeking a friendly, professional person to manage incoming calls, page staff, and transfer calls efficiently. You will greet customers, maintain a tidy desk and showroom, and perform other duties as assigned to support daily dealership operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a strong sense of urgency with excellent communication skills to provide top-notch service to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls per company policy in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Page employees requested by customers in person or by telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages and ensure they reach the right person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Maintain desk and showroom cleanliness and appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
