Job summary

Crossroads Ford Of Dunn-benson Inc. is seeking a Service Manager for its Quick Lane operation. You will oversee service activities, monitor profitability, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and top customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior service manager experience at a dealership, at least two years in the automotive industry, and a valid US work authorization. This role requires strong leadership and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service manager at a dealership.
• Two or more years in the automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass required checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Quick Lane operation.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, and expenses daily.
• Collaborate with other department managers.
• Handle customer concerns requiring management involvement.
• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturer representatives.
• Keep open repair orders current.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure training and certification meet manufacturer and dealer standards.
