Job summary

CrossRoads Ford Group in Dunn, NC is seeking a Service Manager for its Quick Lane operation. The role oversees service department activities, monitors daily sales and expenses, and collaborates with other managers to ensure smooth shop performance.

The ideal candidate has prior service management at a dealership, at least two years in automotive, and holds a valid driver's license. Eligibility to work in the United States and a drug/background check is required.

Primary Responsibilities of the Service Manager

• Oversee all aspects of the Quick Lane
• Monitor sales, gross profit, and expenses on a daily basis
• Work closely with other department managers
• Handle any customer concerns that need management involvement
• Maintain a positive working relationship with manufacturer representatives
• Keep open repairs orders current
• Hire, train, motivate, council, and monitor the performance of all service department staff
• Maintain training and certification requirements per manufacturer and dealer standards
• Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry

Qualifications

Quick Lane Manager Requirements:

• Prior Service Manager experience at a dealership
• Two or more years in automotive industry required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
