Job summary

Crossroads Automotive Group's Dunn-based dealership is hiring a Service Manager to supervise the Quick Lane operations and lead the service team in delivering top-quality maintenance and repairs.

The role focuses on driving service performance, staff development, and strong collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient shop workflow.

Qualifications

• Prior Service Manager experience at a dealership.
• Two or more years in automotive industry required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Quick Lane.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, and expenses daily.
• Work closely with other department managers.
• Handle customer concerns that require management involvement.
• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturer representatives.
• Keep open repair orders current.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor service staff.
• Maintain training and certification per standards.
• Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry.

Primary Responsibilities of the Service Manager

• Oversee all aspects of the Quick Lane
• Monitor sales, gross profit, and expenses on a daily basis
• Work closely with other department managers
• Handle any customer concerns that need management involvement
• Maintain a positive working relationship with manufacturer representatives
• Keep open repairs orders current
• Hire, train, motivate, council, and monitor the performance of all service department staff
• Maintain training and certification requirements per manufacturer and dealer standards
• Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry
