Job summary
Kyyba is seeking a Quality/Manufacturing Engineer to ensure supplier readiness and ongoing performance for interior automotive components. You will implement commodity-specific plans, verify supplier conformance to quality, delivery, capacity, and warranty standards, and support launches with zero production disruption.

- Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis in manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teamwork to ensure supplier launch readiness and performance.
- Serve as on-site technical lead for troubleshooting and containment during supplier events.
- Monitor quality and delivery standards to prevent production disruptions.
- Drive APQP/PPAP deliverables aligned with program timelines.
- Analyze supplier performance using data-driven metrics for improvements.
