Job summary

You will be the primary contact with customer/supplier reps, perform root cause analysis, participate in audits, apply APQP tools, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and use MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or related experience.
• 1–3 years in Quality or Engineering within automotive environments encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of PPAP/APQP concepts and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Support PFMEA reviews and update/maintain the Control Plan for assigned work flows.
• Serve as primary contact with customer/supplier reps and attend meetings/audits.
• Perform root cause analysis of technical problems and verify corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and report trends to management.
• Establish process controls and support training for new projects and equipment.
• Support quality/dimensional control systems (X&R, gage studies, SPC, etc.).
