Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Quality / Manufacturing Engineer to ensure supplier readiness and sustained performance. You will lead APQP/PPAP work, drive issue resolution, and act as the on-site technical lead to prevent production disruption.

A 3–5+ year background in interior automotive manufacturing is expected, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven supplier analysis, and active participation in supplier development to meet program

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing, quality, or launch of interior commodity systems.
• Hands-on stamping, welding, and thermoforming experience in interior manufacturing.
• PPAP/APQP experience with quality systems.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal client teams and supplier leadership to resolve open issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as on-site technical lead for troubleshooting during critical supplier events.
• Ensure zero vehicle losses or production disruptions due to supplier issues and enforce quality standards including Q1.
• Drive early manufacturing feasibility assessments at supplier sites for launch readiness.
• Lead and support APQP and PPAP deliverables aligned with program timelines.
• Analyze supplier performance using data-driven metrics to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Participate in supplier development initiatives to build long-term capability.
