Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Process and process control knowledge.
• Identify and implement Standardized Work.
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action reporting; Process and Product audits experience.
• Shipping and Receiving knowledge.
• Strong personality, able to give direction and lead teams.
• Sequencing of automotive parts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Avoid formal customer claims from the customer through preventive and corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with customers at the plant.
• Represent TRIGO professionally and build customer trust.
• Suggest ways to improve quality and processes.
• Identify and solve problems before they become bigger issues.
• Keep plants informed about problems and corrective actions.
• Attend customer meetings as needed.
• Support new builds, product launches, testing, and engineering changes.
• Coordinate sorting and repair work when approved by the customer.
• Understand automotive quality standards, including TS 16949.
• Report to the TRIGO Country Resident Manager and assigned customer contacts.
