Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality field required.
• 3+ years of experience in quality in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Review GD&T and CMM reports; drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using 8D, 5Why, and Ishikawa methods.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve issues.
