Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Automotive Product Quality Specialist to join a fast-paced quality organization focused on standardizing manufacturing quality enablers in Toledo, OH. This onsite role offers the opportunity to own quality outcomes and turn data into permanent corrective actions that improve vehicle quality.

You will perform root cause analyses using established problem-solving tools, analyze quality data, coordinate engineering changes with cross-functional teams, and communicate

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Experience with advanced problem-solving tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, DOE, etc).
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Perform root cause analysis of quality issues and recommend permanent corrective actions.
Analyze quality data from internal/external indicators and manage engineering changes with cross-functional teams.
Conduct product evaluation tests to validate changes before full implementation.
