InDepth Engineering Solutions is seeking a Product Quality Engineer in Toledo, United States. The successful candidate will represent the 'Voice of the Customer' and manage external quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) while driving improvement and corrective actions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure product quality standards are met and will be empowered to escalate critical issues as necessary.

Required is a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and strong data analysis skills. This full-time position requires strong communication abilities and a passion for product quality and process improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Well versed in data analysis and effective presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for understanding the build process.

Responsabilidades

• Represent 'Voice of the Customer' and manage KPI targets.
• Lead improvement activities addressing product quality nonconformity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement control plans.
