Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a technical quality field.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO-9001 or IATF-16949.
• Expert in the use of AIAG Core Tools.
• Experience in Tier 1/OEM automotive industry.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
• Experience with Lean and other CI methodologies.
• Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer-reported quality issues.
• Analyze processes to identify problem situations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor quality performance data.
• Lead employees in problem-solving processes.
• Provide training on Quality Management System requirements.
