Responsibilities

• Lead quality processes to ensure materials meet documented requirements.
• Maintain control plans, process flows and PFMEAs with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct internal audits and support external IATF audits.
• Develop and monitor inspection instructions and nonconforming material handling.
• Perform capability studies and GR&R as needed.
• Support continuous improvement Kaizen projects annually.
• Coordinate with suppliers on SQTS, QN closures and containment.
• Prepare KPI reporting and LQTS uploads.
