CarShop Cranberry-CS904 is seeking an Automotive Quality Control Associate in Cranberry Township, PA, to ensure every vehicle meets CarShop’s quality standards before retail sale. You will inspect, identify deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions with Detail, Service, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing, reconditioning, or quality control experience required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet CarShop’s quality standards and retail readiness requirements.
• Identify cosmetic, detailing, or quality deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Detail Department.
• Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to service and sales teams.
• Verify vehicles meet standards outlined in the CarShop Quality Control Manual.
• Assist the Photography Team with capturing vehicle images as needed.
• Support the Detail Department during periods of increased business demand.
• Maintain accurate quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Help ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
