• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs.

• Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries.
• Greet and assist customers in the dealership and on the lot.
• Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow the CarShop sales process while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care.
• Address customer questions and concerns throughout the purchasing process.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate future sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales and customer service goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming dealership environment.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
