Job summary

CarShop Glen Mills is seeking an Experienced Automotive Detailer to ensure every vehicle meets high appearance standards before delivery to customers. This role supports a production-driven environment and participates in a team-focused culture within CarShop and Penske Automotive Group.

Minimum of 2 years automotive detailing experience required; valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to CarShop quality standards.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations.
• Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager.

What You’ll Do

As an Experienced Automotive Detailer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle meets CarShop's high standards for appearance and presentation before delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to CarShop quality standards
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes and procedures
• Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations
• Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition
• Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager
• Work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience REQUIRED, preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet production goals
