Qualifications

• 3+ years in a QA/inspection role.
• Experience in automotive or aerospace is preferred.
• Strong metals/measuring background required.
• Select and calibrate inspection equipment (gauges, micrometers, calipers).
• Inspect first part against print; verify tolerances.
• Complete inspection records and related paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Piece Inspection and PPAP layout.
• Conduct incoming and final inspections.
• Maintain inspection records and move tags timely.
• Support continuous improvement alongside teams.
• Read and interpret blueprints; identify critical characteristics.
