Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in purchasing related experience (Automotive industry preferred).
• Knowledge of Purchasing guidelines and programs.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and recommendations.
• Experience with Purchasing systems.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with little direction.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier selection activities and place orders.
• Manage EO/4M Changes Management and New Project Development processes.
• Establish KPI and manage Purchasing/Procurement organization.
• Negotiate terms and conditions including material price with suppliers for New Projects.
• Analyze parts quality issues, productivity improvements and cost reduction.
